About the Role
Well established, PMB based concern are looking for an HR Administrator with previous relevant experience to join their HR Team. They require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to take on various administrative tasks and support the growth of their Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Pastel Payroll full function and associated administration
- HR Administration including termination
- Preparation of multiple reports
- Corporate Compliance
- SARS EMP 501 Submissions
- Prepare data for WSP and ATR submission
- Assist with the preparation of BEE Audits
- Assist with COID Claims
- Assistance with recruitment
- Internal Customer Care
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Certificate / Diploma in HR Management, Industrial Relations, or similar
- Certified Pastel payroll experience Advantageous
