About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that L&D initiatives align with organizational capability requirements, operational excellence, employee development, and the future skills roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidating training statistics for business reviews and compliance reporting.
- Conducting ongoing Training Needs Analysis
- Implementing the L&D strategy in alignment with HR, Operations, and Leadership requirements.
- Ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience across the business.
- Developing, coordinating, and deliver learning programmes supporting organizational, team, and individual capability needs.
- Partnering with leaders to embed learning into performance management and career development.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education or similar.
- 3 – 5 years in an L&D environment
- Experience managing an LMS and running end-to-end L&D cycles.
- Experience in the development, facilitation, and learning programme development.
