About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join our luxury safari lodge in Kruger National Park, Mpumalanga. As a senior operational role, you will be responsible for managing the full reservations function, driving occupancy and revenue performance, and ensuring seamless guest and agent communication within a luxury safari lodge environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reservation activities for individual and group bookings
- Ensure accurate loading of all bookings into the PMS/reservation system
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and allocation
- Manage amendments, cancellations, and special booking requests
- Maintain accurate guest and booking records
Requirements
- Strong understanding of reservations systems (PMS)
- Revenue and occupancy management awareness
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
