About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Go-to-Market Manager with expertise in agricultural chemicals/crop protection to drive sustainable growth across the South African market (SAC region). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and launch strategies, leading product launches and trials, and managing digital platforms and content. If you have a proven track record of success in go-to-market management, marketing, or product management, particularly in agriculture or FMCG markets in Africa, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in go-to-market, marketing, or product management
- Experience in agriculture or FMCG markets in Africa
- Proven success in product launches, portfolio, and channel management
- Digital marketing exposure is a plus
