About the Role
Join our team in Cape Town as a Production Administrator and contribute to the success of our manufacturing industry client. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in accurate production reporting and performance analysis, supporting data capturing and reporting across production departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile daily production and downtime reports
- Analyse productivity and monitor OEE metrics
- Identify areas for improvement
- Maintain Syspro data
- Assist with stock takes
- Prepare management reports
- Support CNC administration, including cycle counts, job tracking, and general production administration
Requirements
- Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) educational qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Syspro, Afrikaans, and English
