About the Role

Join our team in Cape Town as a Production Administrator and contribute to the success of our manufacturing industry client. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in accurate production reporting and performance analysis, supporting data capturing and reporting across production departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile daily production and downtime reports
  • Analyse productivity and monitor OEE metrics
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain Syspro data
  • Assist with stock takes
  • Prepare management reports
  • Support CNC administration, including cycle counts, job tracking, and general production administration

Requirements

  • Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) educational qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Syspro, Afrikaans, and English
