About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Island Activities Manager to join our team on a small, exclusive private island located off the coast of Tanzania. As the face of adventure on the island, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a variety of land and marine-based guest activities, including diving, snorkelling, dolphin excursions, sandbank picnics, and fishing trips. You will curate exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious, 5-star boutique environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a variety of land and marine-based guest activities
- Organise marine and island excursions (diving, snorkelling, fishing, dolphin and sandbank trips)
- Ensure seamless, professional, and unforgettable guest interactions
- Provide excellent customer service to high-end international clientele
- Maintain boat equipment and diving gear
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience managing or guiding guest activities in a luxury lodge, resort, or private island setting
- Strong knowledge and experience in organising marine and island excursions
- Good experience in all water sports
- Well-presented, articulate, and confident in engaging with high-end international clientele
