About the Role
Tsogo Sun is seeking a skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for conducting surveillance in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as Gambling Board regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct surveillance strictly in terms of company policies and procedures and Gambling Board regulations
- Pay close attention to casino gaming floor activities and promptly act to eliminate identified risks
- Meticulously follow and complete surveillance checklists and reports
- Propose new measures for combating fraud and theft and implement approved measures
- Perform thorough equipment checks on every shift and take prompt corrective action to minimize equipment downtime
- Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately
Requirements
- Matric (NQF 4)
- Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)
- Numeracy skills (NQF 4)
- PSIRA registration with minimum grade C
- Ability to work well as a team player
- Ability to make good decisions in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
- Relevant surveillance experience
