About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Durban North. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving branch success through strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning.
- Leading, training, and motivating branch employees, including hiring and performance evaluations.
- Supporting sales activities by ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately.
- Ensuring customers receive high-quality service and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
- Monitoring branch performance metrics. Address operational issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Ensuring the branch follows all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in business management, operations, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel if required.
