About the Role
Join our forward-thinking team as an ERP Systems Analyst in Cape Town City Centre, where you’ll bridge the gap between business leadership and analyst-level execution. You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge ERP platforms, Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, and AI-driven automation, contributing to cost efficiency, governance, and delivery reliability across 11 SSA markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support full lifecycle ERP implementations (analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and support)
- Focus on finance-related modules, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and project accounting
- Design and maintain API-based integrations between ERP, Workday, Sage Payroll, Salesforce/HubSpot, and other enterprise platforms
- Support Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Azure data services, and enable Power BI reporting across Finance, HR, and Operations
- Implement workflow automation using Power Automate/Logic Apps and support AI-driven initiatives with Azure OpenAI/Copilot
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ ERP industry experience, including at least one full ERP implementation project
- Strong understanding of finance-related ERP modules
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with API-based integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation
