About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategist to develop multi-channel digital strategies that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing performance data and translating insights into clear recommendations that optimize marketing funnels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrated digital strategies across content, paid media, CRM system, search engine optimisation (SEO), and automation to support client business goals.
- Lead channel and campaign planning across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and web.
- Define messaging, targeting, segmentation, and funnel structures that guide users from awareness to conversion.
- Translate insights and research into clear strategic briefs, roadmaps, and frameworks used by content, media, development, and creative teams.
- Shape CRM-, automation-, and workflow-related elements so that campaigns and journeys connect seamlessly across platforms.
Requirements
- Marketing or communications degree, diploma or related qualification is advantageous.
- HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads certification is advantageous.
- 2-4 years of digital marketing or digital strategy experience.
- Knowledge of paid media, SEO, CRM marketing, content strategy, and reporting principles.
- Basic design and coding understanding.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration abilities.
