About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Hospitality and Outdoor Ltd in Hartbeespoort Dam. As a key member of our resort management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, conferencing, and events. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest and staff experiences while driving sales targets and managing costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the F&B footprint in its entirety, including all restaurants, bars, and conferencing & events operations.
  • Leading the team to deliver outstanding guest and staff service experiences and performance.
  • Managing the F&B budget and achieving operational profitability.
  • Maintaining or improving established standards of food hygiene, cleaning, and food handling.
  • Managing supplier relations to ensure consistent timely delivery of fresh quality ingredients.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to stock ordering, receiving, stock takes, and requisitions procedures.
  • Training, mentoring, developing, and continually improving the service brigade.
  • Coordinating private functions/weddings and celebrations.
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous F&B Manager experience (Essential)
  • Driver’s License (Essential)

  • Formal education/certifications (if applicable)

  • R 20 000 per month
