Key Responsibilities
1. Tender & Proposal Administration
- Manage the full tender lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission.
- Monitor tender portals and client platforms for new opportunities.
- Analyse tender documents to understand scope, risks, and compliance requirements.
- Compile, draft, edit, and format tender submissions in line with company standards.
- Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Management teams.
- Ensure all mandatory documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Manage clarification queries and maintain an up-to-date tender register and document library.
- Report on tender outcomes and success rates.
2. Vendor & Supplier Administration
- Manage vendor registrations and maintain compliance documentation.
- Monitor expiry dates and coordinate renewals (tax, B-BBEE, insurance, etc.).
- Maintain an accurate supplier database and assist with prequalification processes.
- Support procurement with vendor-related queries.
3. General Administration
- Support cross-functional teams with tender and contract documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with internal process improvements and quality management systems.
- Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.
