Financial Manager CA(SA) Cape Town
Our client in investments is looking for a Financial Manager CA(SA) with 5 years post qualification experience form the financial services investment arena. You will be overseeing the financial health of an organization. The role involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services / Investment Industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities
- As the Financial Manager you will be managing the financial operations of the organization
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives. T
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s goals.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Financial Reporting – Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial reports and ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Budget Management – Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation, review, and monitoring of budgets.
- Cash Flow Management – Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity.
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Strategic Support – Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
