About the Role
A well-established financial institution is looking to appoint an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a reputable organisation while developing their expertise in employee benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Benefits Administration Support: Effectively supporting the implementation and administration of employee benefit plans.
- Administrative Processes: Managing death and disability claims, withdrawals, and managing monthly billing.
- Employee Benefit Records: Ensuring data accuracy and processing of employee induction and any changes of benefits.
- Payroll Assistance: Assisting with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls, payroll administrative tasks like replacement cards, queries on cards, card statements, loading of new cards, and actual payment recons.
- General Office Duties: Assisting with general office duties where required.
