About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Receptionist/Relief Night Auditor to join our client’s luxury property in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills and be proficient in night audit functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and respond to their queries in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Perform night audits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a high level of presentation and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Highly presentable with excellent guest relations skills
- Previous experience in guest relations and/or night audit functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures
