Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Proactively manage and monitor tenant account transactions and collections.
- Reconciliations: Execute precise bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Reporting Cycle: Support the full month-end process and monthly financial reporting cycles.
- Query Resolution: Act as the point of contact for resolving financial queries and account discrepancies.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate financial records and assist with critical system updates.
- Audit Support: Play a key role in audit preparation and year-end closing processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities align with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- A relevant financial qualification is highly advantageous.
Experience:
- Proven exposure to financial accounting or operational finance environments.
- Solid experience in handling reconciliations, debtors, and transactional finance.
- Industry Background: Property finance exposure is a plus, but we are also eager to meet candidates from Retail, Manufacturing, or similar commercial sectors.
Skills & Attributes:
- Technical: High proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Systems: Exposure to property management software such as MDA or MRI is a distinct advantage.
- Analytical: Strong ability to interpret data and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
