About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative/Vr Verteenwoordiger (VR 80-S) to join our dynamic team in Centurion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads through telesales, growing our special events division, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Tele Sales: Generate new leads through telesales, with a focus on growing the special events division.
- Event Coordination: Grow the special events division by generating new leads and coordinating a variety of events across multiple sites, including marathons, parties, concerts, markets, and weddings.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by offering detailed information, writing quotes, and providing feedback to clients.
- Client Communication: Respond promptly to client emails, ensuring a high level of communication and customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Offer creative and effective solutions to client and colleague challenges, ensuring smooth event operations.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Engage in cordial and professional communication with clients, management, and peers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company’s offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations and insights.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to event planning, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Minimum 3 years of sales representative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for rental and sales units
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills
- Proven telesales experience
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary & Benefits
R15,500 per month (Commission working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00; Friday, 08:00 – 16:00)
