About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Pretoria. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our group of companies have access to reliable hardware and software to do business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing efficient and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all staff can work effectively without technology hindrances.
- Make sure the groups domains and related services are always available.
- First level support for the whole technology landscape.
- Running the helpdesk, resolving tickets, communicating and escalating tickets where necessary.
- Guarantee as much as possible that things work when they need to.
