About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Field Team groups for escalations and assist alongside Tier 4 engineers when deeper troubleshooting is required.
- Support APEX by handling tickets and NOC-related customer issues, escalating to Tier 4 when needed.
- Alert on node capacity issues, troubleshoot using PRTG, track problematic connections, and collaborate with network engineers to optimise performance.
- Execute all operational instructions and directives from the NOC Manager as required.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a NOC role
- Exposure to Mikrotik, Ubiquity, and Cambium networks
