About the Role

Our Maitland (Cape Town) based client is expanding and are looking to add the skills of an Admin Assistant to their team. You will need excellent communication, problem-solving and prioritising skills and be able to multi-task effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • All admin related duties
  • Assist Debtors and Creditors
  • HR filing
  • Assist with queries
  • Print various documents
  • Make photocopies

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office and Pastel V19 (advantage)
  • Familiar with document preparation, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Bi-lingual (Eng / Afri)
  • Good communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details
  • Reliable
  • Able to multi-task
