About the Role
Morgan Motor Group is seeking an HR Generalist to join the HR and Compliance Team, providing assistance to multiple dealerships within the group. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in human resources and payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR and IR Support to Dealerships
- Process Payroll for Dealerships
- Provide support with B-BBEE Monitoring and Implementation
- Provide support with Employment Equity
- Provide support with Skills Development
- Provide support with Occupational Health and Safety
Requirements
- Human Resources Degree or Related Degree
- 3-5 Years’ experience in an HR Generalist role
- 1-2 Years’ experience in payroll
- At least 2 years of experience with the full B-BBEE function
- Experience on Sage VIP Payroll (advantageous)
- Experience with MIBCO (advantageous)
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
