About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Game Farm Manager for a luxury game lodge in Cradock, Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wildlife and game farm management, operational farming, and professional hunting. This senior role requires a commercial mindset and the ability to manage the farm independently while representing the lodge professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of the game farm and lodge operations
- Manage wildlife and hunting operations, ensuring sustainable practices
- Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with international hunters (Europe, USA, etc.)
- Develop and grow the business commercially
- Represent the farm professionally with guests and stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience managing a game farm or wildlife ranch
Strong network within the international hunting sector
Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience with international guests and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
