About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our luxury island resort team as Head of Guest Services, Planning & Events. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing guest services, planning, and events, ensuring seamless operations and delivering world-class, personalised guest experiences within a luxury island resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Guest Services, Planning, and Events teams
- Ensure exceptional service delivery across all guest touchpoints
- Oversee planning and execution of events, weddings, and private functions
- Develop and implement guest service standards and training programmes
- Manage budgets, logistics, and operational resources for events and guest services
- Collaborate with all resort departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain high standards of communication, organisation, and efficiency
- Act as key contact for VIP and high-profile guests, ensuring bespoke experiences
- Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence across all departments
Requirements
Proven experience in guest services, events, or resort management in luxury hospitality
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational, planning, and communication abilities
Experience managing high-end events and private functions
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment
Professional, proactive, and guest-focused mindset
