About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our central production kitchen in Johannesburg South. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both catering and retail meal preparation, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes for central production kitchen
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the catering industry
