About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Lodge Manager to oversee operations at a luxury lodge. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day management of staff, food and beverage and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences by anticipating needs and reading guest dynamics.
- Oversee lodge operations with initiative, common sense and attention to detail.
- Supervise the Head Chef, ensuring quality control of food and beverage standards.
- Conduct F&B stock takes and place orders accurately and on time.
- Manage reservations, check guest bills and handle administrative tasks (no heavy financials).
- Lead and motivate staff to maintain a professional, guest-focused culture.
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ proven management experience in a luxury lodge environment.
- Strong references demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- Track record of stability (not a job hopper).
- Solid administrative skills, particularly in reservations and guest billing.
