About the Role
We are seeking a sophisticated, high-energy Restaurant Manager to lead operations for a world-renowned luxury cafe and lounge in Riyadh. This is a flagship role within an upscale franchise brand, requiring a leader who understands the meticulous standards of premium cafe culture and high-volume service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume operation, ensuring that every coffee, pastry, and gourmet dish is served with elegance and precision.
- Lead a diverse team in a bustling Riyadh hotspot, maintaining impeccable floor management and sharp attention to detail.
- Ensure seamless service during peak, high-pressure periods, maintaining brand standards at all times.
Requirements
- Luxury Background: Essential experience as a Restaurant Manager within a luxury cafe, premium bistro, or upscale lounge environment.
- High-Volume Expertise: Proven ability to maintain service standards and atmosphere during peak, high-pressure periods.
- Brand Alignment: Experience with international franchise brands is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills and a polished, professional presentation suitable for a luxury setting.
