About the Role
The Business Intelligence & Automation Specialist will take ownership of the organisation’s BI reporting environment and drive its automation strategy. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimising reporting infrastructure while leading automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen data governance, and deliver actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise BI reporting environments, including data models, datasets, and dashboards
- Design and develop new reports and analytical views aligned to evolving business requirements
- Lead automation initiatives aimed at reducing manual processes and improving operational efficiency
- Develop and implement Power Automate workflows across business functions
- Build, maintain, and optimise ETL pipelines between SAP and BI platforms
- Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for BI tools and reporting solutions
- Collaborate with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and deliver data-driven opportunities and insights
Requirements
Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (mandatory)
58 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and automation
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Automate (Power Apps advantageous)
Proven experience with SAP data extraction and systems integration
Experience managing BI reporting environments, dashboards, and data pipelines
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional automation initiatives
Strong capability in end-user training, support, and documentation
