About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and confident Admin & Finance Manager to join our team of luxury safari lodges in Botswana. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of admin and financial operations across multiple lodges, while also providing leadership and support to lodge teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Admin Oversight: Manage day-to-day admin across lodges + regional office
- Oversee invoicing, reconciliations, petty cash & procurement
- Ensure systems, processes & reporting are standardised and compliant
- Team Leadership: Train, support & manage lodge admin teams
- Act as the link between lodges and regional office to ensure clear communication, accountability & workflow balance
- Systems & Reporting: Compile consolidated financial, HR & operational reports
- Conduct audits to maintain accuracy & transparency
- Ensure full compliance with company & legal standards
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Hospitality diploma or similar qualification
Previous management experience advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office skills
