About the Role
Top Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced FMCG Sales Representative to join their team in Pinetown. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and preferences
- Negotiate and close deals with existing and new clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) required
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage
- 13 years experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the food industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid drivers license
