About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Product Promoters to join our team at Greys Recruitment. As a Product Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating our client’s products to customers in-store or at events, while driving sales and meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and demonstrate the client’s products to customers in-store or at events
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  • Drive sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Set up promotional stands, displays, and merchandising materials
  • Maintain product knowledge to confidently communicate features and benefits
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights
  • Ensure brand standards and presentation guidelines are consistently maintained
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional promotional area

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
  • Previous experience in sales, promotions, or retail (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and energetic personality
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence and outgoing personality
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
