About the Role
A well-established dental practice in Woodburn, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking a Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexibility, strong commission-earning potential, and a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage own patient flow and schedule
• Provide high-quality dental care to patients
• Maintain accurate records and billing
• Participate in practice management and decision-making
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years private practice experience
• HPCSA registration (must be up to date)
• Malpractice/indemnity insurance must be in place
Salary & Benefits
Commission-based: 33% – 50% of turnover, with commission on ALL patients, whether account is paid or not. No bad debts deducted, minimising financial risk.
