About the Role
Bonafide Human Capital is seeking a highly experienced Service Manager for our automotive dealer client based in Milnerton. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling resources, enhancing customer relations, and driving departmental profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer focused management
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Focus on driving performance
- Supervision of staff
- Management of performance, discipline, and other staff management related functions
- Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and control of accounts, operating controls, and composite figures
- Ensuring efficient operation of the Service Dept.
Requirements
- Relevant post-matric qualification in a Motor Mechanic related Trade Qualification (Preferred)
- Matric
- Fully computer literate – Microsoft package
Qualifications
- Relevant Drivers License
- Strong motivational skills
- Attention to detail
