About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the full HR function within a unionised manufacturing environment, ensuring constructive engagement with trade unions and shop stewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collective bargaining processes and wage negotiations
- Advise management on labour legislation and disciplinary processes
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training initiatives, and workforce planning for production
Requirements
- An HR-related degree
- 8 years of management experience
- Strong Industrial Relations / collective bargaining / unionised workplace experience
- Knowledge of CCMA and Bargaining Council matters
- Exposure to technical training, apprenticeships, etc.

- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
