About the Role
The successful Cleaning Contract Manager will be responsible for managing all subordinate staff in integrated services within the Eastern Cape region, aligning with sector strategy, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. This role involves overseeing client services, training, audits, industrial relations, and operational costs in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational coordination of Soft Services to ensure standards are met from external contractors
- Efficiently manage SLA’s and proactively engage with clients to build long-term relationships
- Effectively people manage staff to achieve high performance
- Ensure environmental safety is maintained in line with client and business strategy
- Provide operational support, training, audits, and industrial relations management as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years cleaning experience specifically in a hospital environment
- Experience in highly commercial and sensitive markets
- People management experience
- Project Management experience in cleaning (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license with own vehicle (preference)
