About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a Game Lodge in Bela Bela, rural area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lodge’s food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and Opera systems
  • Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the F&B area

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food and Beverage Management
  • Hospitality Diploma
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Opera
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • RSA ID Holder

  • Formal education/certifications not specified.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: R18 000 – R20 000 (Live In Position)
