About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and polished Lifestyle Manager to join our luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg. As a client-facing, service-driven role, you will provide high-level lifestyle and administrative support to high-net-worth members, ensuring seamless and personalised service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage member requests via email, telephone, and CRM systems in line with SLAs
- Deliver personalised, high-touch lifestyle management services
- Act as first point of contact for the Johannesburg office
- Manage requests from initiation through to successful completion
- Ensure consistently high levels of member satisfaction and service delivery
Requirements
- Background in customer service, guest relations, personal assistance, or lifestyle management
- Experience with VIP or executive-level clients advantageous
- Exposure to luxury travel, hospitality, or premium service environments preferred
- Strong understanding of high-end client expectations

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R17,500 – R25,000 (Dependent on Experience)
