About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to join our team in Bela-Bela. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational understanding of Rooms Division and lodge operations, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lodge operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Oversee rooms division, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk operations
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using Opera / Opera Cloud systems
Requirements
- Minimum 35 years experience in a similar hospitality management role
- Previous experience within a luxury lodge or safari environment preferred
- Strong operational understanding of Rooms Division and lodge operations
