About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Facilitations Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver high-quality outdoor camp programmes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This full-time live-in role is ideal for a confident leader with a strong background in outdoor education, youth development, and programme management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan; develop, and oversee sport, leadership, adventure, and environmental camp programmes
- Coordinate daily schedules and ensure smooth programme delivery
- Lead; supervise, train, and mentor a large team of facilitators
- Manage facilitators during programmes involving large participant groups
- Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and camp policies
- Oversee equipment, resources, and activity areas
- Maintain clear communication and high organisational standards
- Liaise with schools, teachers, and group leaders to meet objectives
- Assist with administration, reporting, and programme documentation
- Ensure risk assessments and safety procedures are followed
Requirements
- Diploma in Sport Management, Outdoor Recreation, Education, Environmental Education, Leadership Development, or related field
- 35 years experience in camp facilitation, outdoor education, or youth programmes
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large groups
