  • Matrieksertifikaat of gelykstaande kwalifikasie
  • Graad/Diploma of Sertifikaat in Grafiese Ontwerp of Bemarking
  • Rekenaargeletterd in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Vertroud met Canva Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora of soortgelyke sagteware
  • Detail-georiënteerd en “tech-savvy”
  • Beskikbaar om na-ure en oor naweke byeenkomste by te woon vir die neem van videomateriaal en fotos
  • Eie betroubare vervoer

DUTIES

  • Hou sosiale media platforms op datum met inligting aangaande byeenkomste, konferensies en spesiale afkondings
  • Skep en verwerk inhoud vir sosiale media, webtuiste, YouTube, Whatsapp en ander toepassings
  • Ontwerp pamflette en ander bemarkingsmateriaal vir digitale en gedrukte gebruik
  • Woon weeklikse byeenkomste by, neem fotos en videos vir inhoudskepping en stoor op Google Drive
  • Berei “runsheet” voor vir weeklikse byeenkomste en stuur deur na media- en leierskapspan
  • Druk harde kopie van “runsheet” vir gebruik op die dag van die byeenkoms
  • Maak seker die media-span het alle nodige beeldmateriaal vir weeklikse byeenkomste
  • Tik en laai gedetailleerde notas van weeklikse byeenkomste op Google Drive
  • Verskaf opleiding aan nuwe personeel in die gebruik van toepassings
  • Werk diensroosters uit en maak seker genoeg personeel is aan diens
  • Maak seker kantoorvorms is op datum en dat daar genoeg beskikbaar is
  • Help met die bestel van geskenke en bemarkingsmateriaal
  • Help met opstel en dekor by konferensielokale
  • Hernu jaarlikse intekeninge (Canva Pro etc)
  • Maak seker daar is genoeg spasie op Google Drive en dat dit goed georganiseerd is
  • Stel nuwe eposadresse etc op, en help met basiese probleemoplossing met rekenaars en drukkers
