About the Role
We Are Hiring for a Junior Site Manager / Site Supervisor position in our growing construction and property maintenance company. As a hands-on professional with strong practical building experience, you will oversee residential and light commercial renovation projects while still being involved on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations
- Supervise teams across multiple trades
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to standard
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure quality control and compliance with building standards
- Assist with hands-on work when required
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
- Maintain site organisation and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ practical construction / renovation experience
- Experience working across multiple trades, including:
- Bricklaying & plastering
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Painting & waterproofing
- Drywalling & ceilings
- Basic plumbing & electrical
- Previous experience supervising teams or coordinating work on-site
- Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Valid driver’s licence
