About the Role
Provision ISR is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to join our team in Brackenfell. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations
- Maintain and update company records, reports, and documentation
- Manage and optimise the company CRM system (data capturing, reporting, pipeline tracking, and ensuring data accuracy)
- Generate sales and performance reports from CRM
- Liaise with sales, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor stock, orders, and supplier documentation where required
- Assist with internal processes, compliance, and operational improvements
- Handle client correspondence and ensure professional communication at all times
Requirements
Minimum 35 years experience in a senior administrative role
Strong CRM experience (essential)
Excellent computer skills (MS Office especially Excel)
Strong reporting and analytical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience working with accounting systems (Fincon advantageous)
