About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our luxury lodge in Western Cape, where you will provide exceptional spa experiences to our guests. As a live-in employee, you will be an integral part of our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies
- Deliver all treatments to the highest luxury hospitality standards
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of spa facilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for each guest
- Advise guests on suitable wellness treatments based on individual needs
- Manage spa stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain accurate guest treatment records and preferences
- Collaborate with lodge management and other departments for seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Relevant spa / beauty therapy qualification
- Proven experience in luxury spa or hospitality environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-focused, professional, and well-presented
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods
