About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Toyota Service Advisor to join our team at Select Motor Recruitment in Burgersfort, Limpopo. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all vehicles receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately assess service and repair requirements
- Prepare job cards and ensure clear communication of work to be carried out
- Liaise effectively with technicians and the workshop team
- Provide customers with updates on vehicle progress and additional work required
- Ensure accurate costing, estimates, and invoicing
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with Toyota standards and dealership processes
- Manage bookings, workflow, and service schedules
Requirements
- Qualified Toyota Service Advisor (Essential)
- Toyota experience Essential
- Previous experience in a motor dealership environment (Essential)
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Willing to relocate
