About the Role

BO-SMART’s client is seeking an exceptional, high-profile Executive Assistant to support a dynamic CEO in a fast-paced, international business environment. This role requires someone who operates as a true right hand, acting as the CEO’s eyes and ears, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a constantly evolving workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full management of the CEO’s complex and ever-changing diary across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate international travel, itineraries, meetings, and logistics end-to-end
  • Act as gatekeeper for all communications (email, WhatsApp, calls), prioritising effectively
  • Draft correspondence, manage follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Prepare briefing packs, agendas, and key documentation ahead of meetings
  • Track projects, drive action points, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams
  • Liaise confidently with high-level stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
  • Provide personal support where required, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maintain absolute discretion with sensitive business and personal matters
