About the Role
The Client Operations Team plays a critical role in supporting our firm’s global client base, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, consistent client experience. As a Client Service Associate – Institutional, you will be part of a team that works collaboratively across support long-term client relationships and coordinates the day-to-day operational matters across our client’s Institutional and Advisor clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a wide range of client servicing activities, coordinating across internal teams including Operations, Transitions, Legal, Trading and Investment teams, as well as external partners such as brokers, custodians and client teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational client queries, ensuring timely resolution and a consistently high standard of service.
- Coordinate the resolution of breaches and overdrafts in collaboration with Investment, Implementation and Guideline Monitoring teams, working closely with clients to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- Support pooled fund and segregated account client take-on’s, partnering with the Transition Management team to ensure efficient and well-managed onboarding.
- Develop a strong understanding of the administrative and operational services provided by our client and how these support client objectives.
Requirements
- B Comm / B Bus Sci or other similar degree with 3 – 5 years of experience within the asset management industry, with a solid understanding of Operational space.
- Strong understanding and hands?on experience of segregated mandate structures and operational requirements.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with confidence, navigating issues and engaging clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
