About Our Client Our client is an innovative bicycle insurance company building a comprehensive ecosystem for bicycle security, insurance, and theft prevention. Operating from Stellenbosch, they are on a mission to revolutionise the customer experience for riders and communities across the United States. The Role: Customer Service Agent The purpose of the role is to join the night-shift team and break free from the standard 9-to-5 grind. You will own the full customer journey, acting as the primary point of contact from the moment a rider requests a quote right through to the successful resolution of an insurance claim. Key Responsibilities Bring 3 years of proven experience in customer service or claims handling to the role. Manage the complete customer lifecycle. Handle and process insurance claims efficiently. Resolve daily service queries with clarity and care. Successfully convert insurance quotes into active policies. About You 3 years of proven experience in customer service or claims handling. General knowledge of bicycles. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Capacity to thrive and stay highly organised in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional, empathetic communication skills.
