About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Quality Assurance Officer with excellent customer service skills to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of customer interactions
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement QA frameworks and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations on compliance matters
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1-C2) and English (non-negotiable)
- 12 years of experience in a contact centre/BPO environment
- Strong understanding of QA frameworks and customer service KPIs
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with compliance environments (e.g. GDPR) advantageous
