Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Manage VAT calculations and statutory submissions
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting standards, and company policies
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting efficiencies
Requirements
- Education: BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
- Strong exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
- Previous experience within Fintech, Financial Services, Payments, or a technology-driven environment will be advantageous
