About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Framing Consultant / Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, guiding clients through the framing process, and ensuring seamless communication with our workshop staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in-store and offer guidance on framing options
  • Answer phone calls, respond to text messages and emails
  • Prepare framing job sheets and simple invoices
  • Liaise with workshop staff regarding frame progress and production timelines
  • Check and respond to emails throughout the day
  • Maintain an organised and presentable workspace
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Support a collaborative and positive workplace culture

Requirements

  • Matric, or related qualification
  • Comfortable working with affluent clientele face-to-face in a professional setting
  • Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people and building positive client relationships
  • Comfortable guiding clients through decisions where there may be multiple suitable options
  • Able to offer opinions and explain reasoning clearly and thoughtfully
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (email and web-based invoicing)
  • Ability to interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Open to feedback, collaboration, and adapting to new information
