About the Role
The Operator position at our Cape Town City Centre facility requires a skilled individual to operate and maintain our packaging machine line, ensuring maximum effectiveness while minimizing costs and meeting production requirements as per our production plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain packaging machine line
- Achieve maximum effectiveness at minimum cost
- Meet production requirements as per production plan
- Perform Machine Start-up, Change over and Shutdown Process
- Implement Clean in Place principles and procedures
Requirements
- Matric
- Preferred: Maths and Science
- Preferred: N3 plus or National certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging Operations
- Team leader Training
- Knowledge of Goods Manufacturing Principals and Processes
- Familiarity with HACCP, Health & Safety, Process, Product, and packaging materials specifications
